Sally and The Halloween Regatta
Author Last Post

Hello ASC!!
This hurricane season has been very active to say the least! Currently, it appears we will receive remnants of Hurricane Sally later this week. This is a good time to check your dock lines, sail covers, and boat covers.

We also have updates regarding the Halloween Regatta. See below for a message that went out to SAYRA clubs regarding our regatta.

See you on the water

Augusta Sailing Club has decided to open Halloween Regatta registration to out-of guests sailing Open Skiff, Laser, or E-Scow. We are disappointed not to be able to invite everyone but feel this is a safer option and a good way to limit numbers.

We hope that you will be able to join us and will share this info with the rest of your Laser sailors and club members. We have discounted rooms available at Courtyard Augusta. Registrants are also welcome to camp. Club grounds open Friday, October 9th at 3pm. However, there will be no food available Friday evening. So please make sure to bring food with you if camping. Grills are available to use outside the clubhouse and at the beach. To help with social distancing, clubs will be assigned designated areas for camping and boat storage.

We will be offering boxed meals for Saturday lunch and dinner, as well as Sunday breakfast. However, they will be pre-order only. Diablos Food Truck will be selling lunch after the races on Sunday.

T-shirts orders are due at the end of this week. Sorry for the short notice, but they are pre-order only and need time for printing. Please take a look at the attached shirts styles available for purchase.

To register or order shirts/meals go to REGISTER HERE.

We encourage everyone to register ASAP, as we may need to close registration if numbers get too high.

Let me know if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you at ASC's Halloween Regatta.
