Applying for a PHRF rating is easy! We have developed a simple, easy to use form to enter all of your information and submit it for approval. There is a lot of information that will need to be gathered prior to submitting your application. Much of this can be found on websites like http://sailboatdata.com, but ultimately it is up to the applicant to verify these measurements Many boats come with different variants, such as “tall rig”, “wing keel”, “shoal draft keel”, and so on. It is important to know what variant your sailboat is, as it will affect the rating. Also, it is important to know how your boat is equipped and/or modified, as rating adjustments are available for certain situations.
