Annual Dinner
This is the principal general business meeting for the Club. One of the few regular "coat and tie" Club events. The business is usually preceded by a reception and dinner. The Board of Governors for the following year are elected and members are acknowledged for significant and/or long term contributions to the Club
Commodore Reception
Social event to introduce new members who joined the club in the last twelve months and to acknowledge those members who have passed in the last twelve months. It is held at the clubhouse.
Open House
A one-day event held to welcome non-members from the Augusta area to promote knowledge of the club and its mission and to encourage new memberships.
Oyster Roast and Lowcountry Boil
A daytime social event with oysters, seafood, and pot luck.
Family Day
A cook out and beach party on the East Point Beach.
Bennie Moultrie BBQ
A hosted BBQ in honor of club member Bennie Moultrie, who started the event after a great day of fishing on the lake.
Theme Events
Members choose themes and chair several social events throughout the year. Past events have included international food and craft beer, wine tasting, Mardi Gras, Death by Chocolate.
