Learn how a sailboat works and get hands-on practice in this introduction to sailing.
What to expect
Our US Sailing certified instructors provide a full day of training on the water at the Augusta Sailing Club on Clarks Hill Lake (Lake Strom Thurmond).
You'll quickly be out on the water rigging, steering, tacking, and jibing, and you'll come away with knowledge and experience in the basics of sailboat handling.
Consider inviting a friend to sign up too. Classes are small, so you get plenty of personal attention.
