A 1983 Cal 27III with a 1GM10 Yanmar diesel engine for sale. Currently on F Dock, Slip 5. It is a well kept boat with Edson pedestal steering. The sails and standing rigging were replaced in 2014 and are still in very good shape. New running rigging in 2023. All lines are run to the cockpit including the rigging for the roller jib. The Bimini and main sail covers were replaced in 2019. The interior was refurbished in 2021 including new wall coverings, cushions and accent cushions. The exterior cushions were re-upholstered in 2019.
