2002 Seaward 25, inboard Yanmar diesel, Raymarine GPS, recently replaced compass on pedestal, just changed the oil, oil filter, and water impeller. On board water cooled air conditioning works, sleeps up to 5. Stainless portlights, shoal draft so you can park right next to the beaches. Sleeping quarters in the bow have been expanded with a larger custom mattress for comfort (I'm 6'4" and have plenty of room). Has stainless propane grill and attachment points at the stern and a bimini. It's in great condition, one of the last Seaward 25's made by Hake Yachts.
