Friday, October 7

Noon                           Club grounds open for early arrival

5:30 - 7:30 PM            On site registration: Adults $80, Juniors $45 and Pre-Registrants Packet Pick-Up

5:30 PM                      Bar opens. Bracelets for beer and wine good for the weekend $12

6:30 - 7:30 PM            Cook Out: Burgers and dogs with all the trimmings $7

8:00 - 10:30 PM          Live Music

11:00 PM                    The Bar closes

 

Saturday, October 8

8:00 -10:00 AM           Complimentary Continental Breakfast

8:30 - 10:00 AM          On site registration: Adults $80, Juniors $45 and Pre-Registrants Packet Pick-Up

10:00 AM                    Registration closes

10:30 AM                    Competitors meeting at ASC Clubhouse

11:00 AM - Noon        Bag lunch pick-up $6 (order online to be sure we have a lunch for you) 

12:30 PM                    Racing begins

5:00 PM                      Bar opens with beer, wine and munchies

                                    Bracelets for beer and wine good for the weekend $12

6:00 PM                      Dinner: Adult $20, Youth (5-11) $10, Under 5 Free

7:00 PM                      Hayrack rides

7:30 PM                      Costume parade and best costume contest

8:00 -11:00 PM           Live Music

11:00 PM                    The Bar closes

Midnight                      Quite Time: Please show respect for campers sleeping on site

 

Sunday, October 9

8:00 AM                      Big Sunday Breakfast: Free with Online Registration before Oct. 5

10:00 AM                    Racing resumes

The Bar will be open after racing through the Award presentation ceremony

2:00 PM                      Award presentation ceremony
